It was an exciting time in Boston recently, not just because the Red Sox and Yankees had a weekend series, but because “GBTA was in town.”
The Cendyn team was excited to be part of the tradeshow and have the chance to speak to customers and perspective clients. What did we learn? It was clear that SMM (Strategic Meetings Management) is still a hot topic, with many companies seeking assistance whether they are in the middle of SMM, just launching or thinking about launching.
