During the 2023 ALSD Conference, Cendyn was able to participate in exclusive tours of three amazing venues in Indianapolis. The ALSD did a fantastic job of making its attendees feel like VIPs during the three-day conference where we got to learn from industry leaders and check out the state-of-the-art facilities in the host city. Read on to discover the best parts of the following venues: Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Lucas Oil Stadium

Lucas Oil Stadium is home to the Indianapolis Colts, the 2007 NFL Super Bowl winners. This venue has beautiful features like a retractable roof and two multi-level club lounges. There are 139 suites, and we toured two of them. They were outfitted with comfortable seating and delicious food. The suite level seating located close to the field is incredible – allowing fans to get up close to the action. The best parts about the VIP experience at Lucas Oil was being able to go on the field and have a photo op with their Super Bowl trophy in the Colts’ locker room.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is home to the NBA Indiana Pacers and the WNBA Indiana Fever. They welcomed us with a live band and music throughout the arena – it was a big party! This venue has a gorgeous club area called the CareSource Courtside Club, offering a full-service 360 bar, a variety of standing and seated tables, and all-inclusive food and beverages with beer, wine and spirits. The club area feels very cozy, like an intimate lounge inside of the stadium. The best part was getting to see the men’s locker room and how huge the accommodations are for the athletes.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Indianapolis Motor Speedway is home to the Indy 500, the event that is billed as the greatest spectacle in racing. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the world’s largest spectator sporting facility. There are many different suite options at this venue that offer different angles of the track – and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. There is even a golf course onsite that gives pretty good views of the track as well. The best part about touring the speedway was getting a chance to ride around the racetrack, driven by a professional staff, of course. We reached 120MPH, and it was thrilling! An honorable mention for the best part of the venue is the food – it’s delightful.
