Describe your role: I help manage the ticket management platform that one of our top Fortune 100 clients uses to track tickets. Most of my day is spent entering ticket information and communicating with ticket stewards.
Where are you located? Atlanta, Georgia
Tell us an unknown fact about where you are based: I recently learned that there are 71 streets in metro Atlanta containing the word “Peachtree”.
What attracted you to Cendyn Ovations? Tickets! I thought event tickets would be fun.
How do your strengths play into the work you do? I tend to be a thoughtful person, so I take care in providing quality support daily.
What do you like most about working at Cendyn Ovations? I like our office and I like our product.
Favorite Cendyn Ovations moment: Sometimes we have doughnuts…
Mobile tickets, E-Tickets or Paper? Why? E-tickets, because it’s easier for the customer to use. They can decide to treat it as digital or print it out and use as paper. Bonus… It doesn’t have to be counted during the quarterly audit.
Most memorable concert or sporting event? I saw Coldplay at US Bank Stadium in 2017. The stadium was brand new, and the concert was magical. Call it magic…
