Describe your role: I manage the day to day operations of our team and ensure that our customers are getting the best possible quality and service.

Tell us an unknown fact about where you are based: Atlanta is the 5^th different capital in Georgia history.

What attracted you to Cendyn Ovations? The feel of a small company combined with the resources and ability to work with large enterprise customers.

How do your strengths play into the work you do? I’m analytical, even keeled, and develop great relationships with co-workers and customers.

What do you like most about working at Cendyn Ovations? We have great people who enjoy what that they do and provide great services to our customers.

Favorite Cendyn Ovations moment: Whenever we kickoff implementations with new clients.  I enjoy building something from the ground up.

Mobile tickets, E-Tickets or Paper? Why?  Mobile because that’s where everything is going.  But I still like paper too as a way to have a memento.  Years ago, I used to save all of my old tickets.  Can’t really do that anymore.

Most memorable concert or sporting event? World Cup 1994

What do you like to do for fun? Travel, play tennis, run, spend time with family and friends
